Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Contacting and interviewing potential companies
• Creating communications between potential talent and the Nearnite management team
• Manage the network of CoEs in India
• Organize local events to share Nearnite’ s values
• Regularly reporting findings to the Nearnite management team
• Continuous assessing of CoEs and Companions
• Managing contract negotiations and industry-specific terms of employment

Education and Experience
• HR-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• experience in all aspects of developing and managing a network of partners
• technical HR skills
• experience with relevant software applications
